The check gauges produced by our company are designed to verify whether various shapes such as tapers, spherical surfaces, and cylinders are made correctly, according to customer requirements. The gauges are made in shapes that correspond to the measured object (concave shapes for convex objects and vice versa). A thin layer of marking paint, bearing red, or blue is applied to the gauge, which is then pressed against the measured object to determine its accuracy based on the contact. These gauges are widely used in manufacturing sites and are also employed as simple gauges to check corner radii in machining.
